On November 3, 2010, I signed up for Fair Defense Group Novosibirsk LLC's installation service at their North Roger, Indiana location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $465.24, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Shaniya Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
