Misleading advertising by Natural & Meals Turin

On March 10, 1982, I signed up for Natural & Meals Turin's delivery service at their South Christine, District of Columbia location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $196.82, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Percival J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
