I am writing regarding order #ORD-3299-UBU-5869 placed with Prime Properties Solutions on October 22, 1973. I paid $96.4 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Concepcion K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
