I have been a loyal customer of Elite Scholars of Mastery for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered accessory (order #ORD-2803-POC-6407) on September 9, 1998, and have encountered has a manufacturing defect. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
