I am writing regarding order #ORD-6007-YVT-3788 placed with SysLogic Ghaziabad on August 18, 2004. I paid $716.86 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Marianna H. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
