I have been a loyal customer of SysLogic Ghaziabad for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered account (order #ORD-3295-YWM-4599) on May 7, 2004, and have encountered was damaged upon delivery. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
