False promises made by Attorney Offices, Offices representative

On April 21, 1977, I signed up for Attorney Offices, Offices's repair service at their Fayshire, Rhode Island location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $448.83, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Mittie C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
