On June 6, 2007, I signed up for KnowledgeCollege Mumbai Ltd.'s installation service at their Lake Ottisbury, Idaho location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $486.45, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Drake T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
