Urban Shop provided defective product

On July 18, 1981, I signed up for Urban Shop's customer support at their Kelsieport, Kansas location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $396.24, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jakayla V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
