I want to report a serious concern with Therapy Solutions's account that I purchased on April 30, 2012 from your McLaughlinfort, Louisiana store. The product has is not compatible as claimed despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Ethyl U., but my issue remains unresolved.
