Misdiagnosis complaint against Therapy Solutions

I purchased a solution from Therapy Solutions on November 27, 2022. Shortly after using it, I experienced was promised features that don't exist. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Nathaniel N. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
