Frustrated with Fast Depot Ottawa Inc.'s lack of response

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2653-QOE-8129 placed with Fast Depot Ottawa Inc. on August 14, 2008. I paid $56.74 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Anastacio B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
