Fast Depot Ottawa Inc. refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5665-BRP-8499 placed with Fast Depot Ottawa Inc. on May 19, 2019. I paid $821.54 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Aniya C. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
