Billing dispute with Study Growth College Holdings

On November 30, 1980, I signed up for Study Growth College Holdings's delivery service at their Volkmanchester, Texas location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $732.7, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Orpha Q. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
