I want to report a serious concern with Urban Supply Square Recife's subscription that I purchased on April 10, 2018 from your South Eastonborough, Missouri store. The product has had my warranty claim denied unfairly despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Darby V., but my issue remains unresolved.
