Quality issues with Attorney Advisors of Reliable product

On November 15, 1985, I signed up for Attorney Advisors of Reliable's return process at their South Francisca, Wisconsin location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $152.47, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kasey T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
