Billing dispute with The Fresh Meals

On November 6, 1996, I signed up for The Fresh Meals's support package at their Hellerbury, Maryland location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $189.40, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Karli L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
