I purchased a subscription from The Quality Shop on April 24, 2007. Shortly after using it, I experienced stopped working after two weeks. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Jovany E. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
