I purchased a gadget from Super Outlet Central on February 14, 2012. Shortly after using it, I experienced had repeated billing errors. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Oceane M. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
