Frustrated with Scholar Training Novosibirsk's lack of response

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3941-JQY-3797 placed with Scholar Training Novosibirsk on March 20, 2023. I paid $349.66 for gadget, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Mohamed Y. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
