Warranty claim denied by TotalLife Group

I purchased a item from TotalLife Group on January 12, 1999. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Don C. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
