I want to report a serious concern with TotalLife Group's tool that I purchased on October 18, 2009 from your McKenziefort, New Jersey store. The product has was damaged upon delivery despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Tianna I., but my issue remains unresolved.
