Poor customer service experience with Academic Learning of Leadership

I want to report a serious concern with Academic Learning of Leadership's solution that I purchased on September 30, 1997 from your Amberburgh, Indiana store. The product has was promised features that don't exist despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Celestine D., but my issue remains unresolved.
