On December 23, 2003, I signed up for EssentialCare Holdings's installation service at their Lake Arlene, Alabama location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $568.75, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Philip X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
