I am writing regarding order #ORD-6641-SEY-2161 placed with Superior-Homes Inc. on August 6, 1992. I paid $654.2 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Ralph N. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
