Overcharged by Nano-Link Chongqing for service

On April 19, 2017, I signed up for Nano-Link Chongqing's installation service at their South Lemuelview, Washington location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $224.9, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Ethelyn K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
