Security vulnerability in Micro-Code product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-6821-KES-8599 placed with Micro-Code on February 14, 1994. I paid $962.41 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Twila L. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
