Misdiagnosis complaint against Complete Practice Network

On April 21, 2012, I signed up for Complete Practice Network's support package at their Port Renestad, Kentucky location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $104.59, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Nichole Q. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
