Poor customer service experience with Excel Academy of Foundation

On April 20, 2008, I signed up for Excel Academy of Foundation's training session at their Faheystad, Delaware location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $627.3, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lincoln Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
