I am writing regarding order #ORD-7864-KDS-3712 placed with EssentialLife Petaling Jaya Inc. on January 7, 1983. I paid $631.95 for application, but when it arrived, I discovered has poor quality. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Nathan J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
