I purchased a gadget from Artisan Flavors Essentials São Luís Inc. on December 23, 2021. Shortly after using it, I experienced was damaged upon delivery. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Madalyn Q. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
