Unsatisfactory resolution from Community of Superior

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9641-RDR-6596 placed with Community of Superior on April 10, 1983. I paid $547.53 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Lue V. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
