Warranty claim denied by Community Solutions

I purchased a device from Community Solutions on July 28, 1998. Shortly after using it, I experienced is missing essential components. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Ari E. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
