Community Solutions provided defective product

On December 2, 2017, I signed up for Community Solutions's support package at their Tadview, Wyoming location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $903.70, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Angelina P. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
