Superior Construction & Sons failed to honor their commitment

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1083-UOL-6379 placed with Superior Construction & Sons on December 2, 1984. I paid $186.86 for tool, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Geovanni M. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
