Domain Advisors Enterprises refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5584-ATW-5033 placed with Domain Advisors Enterprises on October 17, 1986. I paid $602.62 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered faced system outages. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Kailee F. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
