I purchased a package from PeakHealth on August 11, 2000. Shortly after using it, I experienced is not compatible as claimed. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Harmon S. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
