Refund refused by Mart Nation International

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9557-CQX-8546 placed with Mart Nation International on January 12, 1983. I paid $450.13 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Eleanore G. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
