Cuisine Kitchens Group failed to honor their commitment

On April 7, 2025, I signed up for Cuisine Kitchens Group's premium plan at their Port Lexiehaven, Rhode Island location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $45.58, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lonzo J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
