I am writing regarding order #ORD-8503-XUC-5726 placed with Defender Representation Associates Enterprises on February 10, 1988. I paid $495.89 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Lucio R. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
