I am writing regarding order #ORD-4137-CPS-9231 placed with Optimal Alliance Group on October 13, 1979. I paid $683.42 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered has poor quality. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Robb O. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
