I am writing regarding order #ORD-1337-WGH-5000 placed with Horizon Excellence Training Inc. on March 14, 2024. I paid $529.9 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Ethel X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
