Warranty claim denied by Development Alliance Ltd.

On January 16, 1993, I signed up for Development Alliance Ltd.'s premium plan at their Leuschkeborough, Hawaii location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $470.62, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Evan Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
