I purchased a account from Emporium Direct LLC on August 7, 1987. Shortly after using it, I experienced had repeated billing errors. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Julie G. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
