On August 29, 1971, I signed up for Gourmet Table's warranty service at their New Ferne, Washington location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $222.18, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Marcia P. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
