Warranty claim denied by Land & Investments Inc.

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5822-CQA-1878 placed with Land & Investments Inc. on September 23, 1987. I paid $290.78 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jarret X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
