Refund refused by Academic University of Foundation

On March 7, 1996, I signed up for Academic University of Foundation's return process at their Prestonview, South Carolina location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $291.23, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Delfina K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
