I purchased a service from Logic Chip on January 23, 1996. Shortly after using it, I experienced couldn't access my account. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Maximo M. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
