Warranty claim denied by Logic Chip

I purchased a tool from Logic Chip on November 1, 1970. Shortly after using it, I experienced has a manufacturing defect. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Tad I. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
