Unresolved issue with SysNano product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8014-HAX-9593 placed with SysNano on March 21, 1975. I paid $620.62 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered faced system outages. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Eldon U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
